Terms & Conditions of sale for 750W Electric Bicycles

IF YOU ARE ORDERING ELECTRIC BICYCLE EQUIPPED WITH 750W MOTOR, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING.

1. ANY 750W Ebikes that you purchase from us are NOT for use on public highway. These vehicle are only intended to be ridden on private property where it is lawful to use them. Engaging in the use of 750W Electric Bikes on public roads is considered a criminal offense and can lead to legal action. It is essential to verify that any products obtained from us can be utilized in a lawful and appropriate manner, while also ensuring access to appropriate facilities for such use.

 

750W E Bikes are also not allowed to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. It is customer's responsibility to ensure that 750W electric bicycles are used within all country and local laws. The customer bears full responsibility for adhering to all national and local regulations while operating their 750W EBike. The customer accepts all potential risks and liabilities associated with the use of 750W EBikes and releases Spree EV Ltd, its supplier and its owners from any responsibility for any resulting damages or incidents.
